A few years ago BiP_HOp started a series called “Reciprocess”, and to celebrate 10 years since the inception of the label + Philippe Petit’s 25 years of activism/DJing, he composed a 70+ minute soundtrack, cut it into pieces which were sent to friends to add their spices to. The Wire magazine liked the idea and agreed to give the CD away with their issue # 301, in March 2009.

And finally, a very long overdue release from orbit service who comes out of hibernation with a new song appearing on Beta-lactam Ring Records’ cancer benefit CD entitled MOM, which features contributions from The Legendary Pink Dots, Nurse With Wound, Nadja, and a whole lot of other great artists- and all for a good cause.

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009New track from Orbit Service will be appearing on the MOM release on Beta-lactam Ring, (all proceeds going to help Chris’ mom in her fight against stomach cancer).
